Audiovisual Services

Baluarte has latest-generation equipment to provide an exceptional audiovisual experience during your event. Our technical team will be constantly on hand to advise you to ensure that the sound, lighting and projections at your event are perfect.

Room staff

At Baluarte we offer a room staff service with qualified professionals who know the building, languages and what different events may require while they are in progress.

Catering

Baluarte’s catering service meets the needs of every specific event, offering a wide range of options. From coffee breaks, cocktails and appetisers, to lunches for big congresses or gala dinners. A catering service that guarantees quality and success on every occasion. Baluarte also has a restaurant specialised in Navarran vegetables, and a cafeteria in the Plaza.

Car park

Baluarte has a big underground car park with capacity for 900 vehicles. The car park, divided into two storeys, is open 24 hours a day, has a customer service desk and direct access to the Plaza de Baluarte by means of stairs or lift and to the streets surrounding the building.

Signwriting and signage

Baluarte's signage and signwriting service makes for easy and efficient organisation of your event. From the signage of the rooms to the personalisation of the panels, Baluarte guarantees clear and effective communication with everybody attending your event.

Ticket office

There is a ticket office at the Baluarte, located in the square next to the cafeteria outside the Navarra Conference Centre and Auditorium. From September to June it opens from Monday to Saturday, morning and afternoon (from 11 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm) and on Sundays and holidays when there is a show, one hour before it starts. In the summer, San Fermín and in special holiday periods this timetable may change.

Guided tours

At Baluarte we offer guided tours carried out in groups and in which you can discover the lesser-known areas of this congress and cultural centre, its history and how it works. An added service that will add quality to your event.
