BALUARTE is an L-shaped building that is accessed through an extensive 10,000 m2 pedestrian square, whose official name is Plaza de la Constitución. The Baluarte ticket offices and a gastronomic space that offers a bar and cafeteria service are located here. In certain types of events the square functions as an extension of the Congress Palace itself.
